One-piece offers superior shielding efficiency through seamless construction; two-piece uses removable cover design for easy component access and rework without desoldering.
Tin-plated copper, nickel silver, stainless steel (SUS304), copper, brass, aluminum alloy, beryllium copper, and phosphor bronze—selected based on frequency, weldability, cost, and environment.
